Winners 7th ‘Davide Lufrano Chaves’ National Guitar Contest

The Giuseppe Verdi School of Music in Prato, in collaboration with the Camerata strumentale ‘Città di Prato’, organises the annual ‘Davide Lufrano Chaves’ national guitar competition, named after the artist from Prato who died prematurely in 2013, with the aim of bringing out and rewarding new talents on the Italian guitar scene, offering them a scholarship made available by the Lufrano family.

This year the competition reached its seventh edition and was held at the Giuseppe Verdi School of Music in Prato on 18 and 19 February 2023.
