7th ‘Davide Lufrano Chaves’ National Guitar Contest

The Giuseppe Verdi School of Music in Prato, in collaboration with the Camerata strumentale “Città di Prato”, organises the annual national guitar contest “Davide Lufrano Chaves”, named after the artist from Prato who died prematurely in 2013, with the aim of bringing out and rewarding new talents on the Italian guitar scene, offering them a scholarship made available by the Lufrano family. This year the competition reaches its seventh edition and will be held at the Giuseppe Verdi School of Music in Prato on 18 and 19 February 2023.
